We focus on seasonality & locally available produce. Menu items are subject to these parameters. We use organically grown wheat from Carolina Ground in Asheville, NC. We occasionally use cashews, pecans and walnuts. If you have an allergy please ask! We’ll do our darndest to let you know in advance.
